In the Name of the Lily

I’ve carried this illustration in my folders for four years.
It’s, without a doubt, the personal piece that means the most to me, the one I’ve protected, refined, and kept close for far longer than I usually dare.

I hesitated to share it.
Not because it wasn’t ready, but because it mattered so much to me that I feared it wouldn’t resonate. I’ve held it almost jealously, as if keeping it might somehow preserve what it represents.

But an image only truly exists once it meets its audience.
So today, I’m finally letting it go.
